Namikura Sesame Miso is a lighter style miso. Its's blended with pureed white sesame seeds as well as toasted black sesame seeds. It's aged 3 months which allows the nutty sesame flavor to stand out without being overpowered by the saltiness. Sesame Miso can be used in many different ways, and is quite versatile.
