Wild Black Currants, Frozen / lb

Black Currants have soft pulpy flesh and a juicy texture. The berries contain multiple small edible seeds. The skin of Black currant berries is slightly thicker than other varieties, this contributes to its strong flavor and tannic finish. 

Their complex flavor profile consists of concentrated raspberry and blackberry, gooseberry, passionfruit, rose and pine.

Berries are packed in ziplock bags and should be put into a freezer immediately upon arrival. Keep Frozen in bags until ready to use.
