The Powder is Made from 100% porcini mushrooms, this dried mushroom powder has a floury texture. It can be stirred into liquids for added flavor in mushroom cream sauces and broths, or added to flour when making bread or pasta dough. Porcinis are a classic addition to risotto, pasta dishes, soups and stews.
Store dried mushrooms in an airtight container until ready to use.
