Dried Wild Yellowfoot Mushrooms / lb
Yellowfoot (Also known as Winter Chnaterelle) have an earthy flavor, similar to Chanterelle. They will add depth to your favorite dishes. Use in any dish you would use Chanterelle.
Rehydrate and use as you would fresh. Cook with fresh herbs, white wine and cream and serve on top of some fresh pasta for a delicious and simple treat. Picture is of the fresh mushroom.
Store dried mushrooms in an airtight container until ready to use.
Must be reconstituted and can never be eaten raw. Reconstitute in warm water, stock or wine.
