Wild Wood Sorrel / lb
The leaves of Wild Sorrel slightly resemble a shamrock and are most often green, but may also be purplish or brownish red. The leaves and stems are both edible and have a sour kick to them that some say resemble lemons. Wood sorrel is incredibly refreshing to eat. It can be added to salads, used in soups, sauces and it can also be used as a seasoning.
Store in refrigerator. Wild Greens will usually last about 4-5 days in the refrigerator, but are best consumed within the first 3 days.
