Alaskan Weathervane Scallops, Frozen / 5lb

These Scallops are 30-40 ct. Weathervane scallops have a sweet, mild flavor, which means we don't recommend overwhelming the fish with too many ingredients. To make the most of their delicate flavor, quickly pan sear them until they are browned and lightly crusted on the outside. The middle should remain tender.  

Keep frozen, thaw under refrigeration at 38 degrees or less. To thaw, cut bag and thaw under refrigeration.
