Sea Beans (Sea Asparagus) / lb

Sea Asparagus has a light crunch, accompanied by a bright salty taste. Use it to add a pop of color along with sea salt notes to any dish. It pairs extremely well with seafood dishes.
Sea Asparagus is most commonly eaten fresh, tossed in salads for a salty crunch or as a garnish. Although the applications are not limited to fresh, you may sautéed with garlic and butter or even pickle them!
Store in refrigerator. Sea Beans will usually last about 3 days in the refrigerator, but are best consumed within the first 2 days.
